This excellent instructional from the Kubota Coporation, is also available in a printer-friendly version. It is essential reading for both inexperienced and experienced farmers. Challenge: Read the list and then see if you can recite the key point of each commandment, unaided.

This publication, written by an agricultural safety specialist on behalf of Nth. Dakota State University, clearly identifies and describes a range of common tractor hazards and preventative measures.

General Tractor Safety & Guidelines for Safe Tractor Operations - P.D. Ayers, Ph.D.

This publication, on behalf of the Colorado State University Cooperative Extension - Agriculture, was written by one of the foremost experts on retrofit ROPS, in the USA. Prof. Ayers' has done some innovative work in support of the retrofitting of ROPS to a variety of difficult-to-fit tractor models.
